Understanding Your Coverage
Do I only have the Open Enrollment period to sign up with health insurance?
Open Enrollment is only for ACA/Obamacare and government health plans. Private insurance is available all year round.
Is private insurance expensive?
If you do not qualify for government health programs, private insurance is actually much more affordable. From personal experience, I switched to private insurance and saved $1476 for that year alone!
Do I have to stay on the health plan for a certain period of time?
There is no required length of time. You may keep the plan as long as you need it for.
Am I able to get covered anywhere I go?
Yes, there are nationwide PPO plans that will cover you on and off the job. You will not be restricted to providers in your zip code/ county.
What is the fee for your service?
My services are free :) I’m happy to help!
What are insurance prices based on?
Public Marketplace plans are based on income, location and age. Private insurance is based on your health. In most cases, the only way to make coverage any cheaper is to either remove benefits or reverse age. Can't say i have that superpower!
Do you offer any other insurance?
We have medical/ health, dental, vision, life, supplemental, critical illness, short term disability and access to everything out there! I am happy to guide you in the right direction if you are needing something specific!
